Biography

Chief Commercial Officer of Engagement Labs. Former co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of the Keller Fay Group, the leading word of mouth market research firm, which was purchased by Engagement Labs in 2015. Co-author, along with Ed Keller, of The Face-to-Face Book: Why Real Relationships Rule in a Digital Marketplace, published by Simon & Schuster 2012, which was named the Best Book in Marketing in 2013 by the American Marketing Association (AMA). In 2014, Brad served the the chairman of the board for the Word of Mouth Marketing Association.
